Multi-surface sealer for use on: concrete driveways, walkways, patios (troweled, polished, natural or painted), brick pavers, terrazzo, brick & mortar, and stucco.
Ideal for high traffic areas, manufacturing/warehouse floors, public bathrooms, indoor retail flooring, municipality areas, and vertical surfaces to repel water and prevent efflorescence buildup.
"Oxi Seal concrete and paver sealer, was used to protect outdoor school areas against mildew in a project highlighted in the Journal of Architectural Coatings’ 2009 Top Green Coatings Picks (JAC, May 2009). While the product does utilize nano TiO2, additional antimicrobial action derives from the formulation’s highly alkaline potassium silicate base, as microbes cannot live on surfaces with a pH level above 9.5."
