EPA delays effective date of final rule for reporting and recordkeeping requirements for nanoscale materials

"Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is hereby extending the effective date of the final rule that appeared in the Federal Register of January 12, 2017, and established final reporting and recordkeeping requirements for certain chemical substances when they are manufactured or processed at the nanoscale as described in that rule."
