NanoSteel's Super Hard Steel® (SHS) thermal spray cored wires are patented steel alloys designed specifically for twin wire arc spraying (TWAS) applications and to provide high abrasion, corrosion and erosion resistance.

The material chemistry of SHS 7570 has been optimized to provide corrosion resistance approaching wrought alloys in high chlorine, salt fog and concentrated salt and seawater environments. SHS 7570 also features high wear resistance and high bond strength across a range of substrate materials including steel, aluminum and copper.
