NanoSteel's Super Hard Steel® (SHS) atomized powders for weld overlay applications are patented steel alloys for precision hardfacing projects which significantly increase the service life of industrial parts and components in extreme wear environments.
SHS 9700 provides superior abrasive wear resistance compared to chrome carbides, complex carbides and tungsten carbides. The product is is suited for shop welding jobs. Application example: Bucket wheel components, bucket and dozer teeth, fan blades and feed screws
