519 Primer is a unique Nano technology pre-treatment that greatly increases the bond and performance of RockTop and EAP as well as allows the RockTop UV to dry much faster.

Typical Use:
It can be used to facilitate the use of RockTop UV over EAP for repairs that need to be returned to service quickly.
Also allows RockTop UV to bond to highly polished surfaces up to 3000 grit.
Helps Fill in pinholes prior to sealing.
