Capture Coating is designed and formulated for all types of fabrics/filter media using patented nanotechnology that imparts superhydrophobicity, non-toxicity, and breathability. Capture Coating is a penetrating sealer – it soaks into the surface of the material and forms a strong protective barrier under the surface. When applied to air filters, the coating does not change the MERV ratings of the filter.

For use on filtration media, including pleated polyester, cotton, polypropylene, and/or fiberglass air-filtration media with a minimum efficiency reporting value (MERV) rating of 8 or greater, a filter performance rating (FPR) equal to or greater than 5, and an microparticle performance rating (MPR) equal to or greater than 600.
