A grey or off-white high-purity nanomaterial made up of aluminum nitride nanoparticles smaller than 40nm in diameter.
Can be used in the manufacture of thermally conductive ceramics, heat sinks, and heat seal adhesives. Can also be used as an additive to improve thermal conductivity, reinforce strength, and improve the performance of epoxies.
